Looking for double room in Brighton/ Hove

Hi I’m Georgie, I just got back from travelling on and off for the past year, so I'm now looking to settle back in Brighton!

I’m looking for a double room in a friendly flat or also open to buddying up. My budget is around 850 (bills included) and can move in immediately. I’m very easy-going, friendly, clean and tidy. I really value making home a nice, cosy, relaxing environment so it's important to me to live with others who also value respectful communication and keeping a clean and tidy space where each of us feels comfortable :) I am queer and veggie so would be great to share with similar people but obviously that is in no way essential!

I love a natter in the kitchen, am very partial to a chill night in (e. g. movies/ dinner together/ art or games nights), however, taking time and space for myself to recharge is also very important to me.

Interests include: reading, oscillating between creative pursuits (learning guitar, writing, upcycling, painting etc), learning spanish, yoga, getting into nature, travelling, art, music, charity shopping around the lanes and exploring all the cute & funky cafes and bars.

I am not currently working due to a chronic health condition, however I receive UC which covers all rent and bills etc and will be working part-time on top of that once I’m back in Brighton. I also have a UK guarantor and previous landlord references.
