Looking for a room

Hello my name is roger and I’m looking for a room in a clean house.
Parking is essential.
I work a lot and am saving for an adventure next summer, so need a good base for the next 6-12 months. Possibly longer with the right place.
Currently living in west end and moving early due to my current landlord selling this property (happy to provide any references needed).

I have work references (3.5 years and full time).
Reference from my last estate agent/landlord.
No ccjs or anything like that.
