Seeking to Buddy Up

*I’m only looking for a flatmate, not a flat*

Hi there!

I currently live in Hackney, and my flatmate has decided to move out with his partner. I am therefore looking for a new flatmate to move in to a new property (not our existing property)

I am primarily looking for a flatmate - I am NOT looking for a room here on SpareRoom. In my experience, teaming up with someone here and then applying to letting agents / listings has proven more useful.

I am happy to do in-person viewings together.

A bit about me and what I’m looking for:

I am looking primarily for one flatmate to rent a two-bed two-bath within Zones 1-2. My current budget is around £1580 per person (excluding bills). I would prefer a flatmate with a realistic budget. I do not smoke, have pets, or a car. I do not want to pair up with smokers or those with pets.

Having said that, I love going to the gym, the theatre, classical concerts, wine bars, and I am an avid reader. A flatmate who doesn’t act as a stranger is a plus, but I am also mindful that home is a place of peace of quiet, and we should each have our own space.
