Double-room

Hi, I am a 28 yr old professional, who’s lived in Manchester for the last 4.5 yrs. Moving out of my current flat and looking for a room/flatshare in or close to Manchester City Centre where I work. I’ll be in the office most days a week, occasionally working from home.

I am a fairly social person. Although I’m not a big drinker, I do enjoy evenings out from time to time as well as chilled nights in. I’m very in to sports, the gym and music and quite enjoy talking to about those types of things. Also fairly laid back but like to keep things clean and tidy, maintain respect for communal spaces.

I would like a flatmate who I can be friends and hang out with but I also respect people’s need for their own space and downtime.

Would prefer to live to live with a male flatmate.
