33f moving to Bournemouth!

I'm a 33 year old female currently renting in London and searching for a new place by coast to study my masters at Bournemouth University (partime) and work (part time) in freelancer/tutor & volunteer as surf instructor and photographer.

I'm hoping for something with atleast an ensuite - although I am flexible with this depending on the setup of shares. Max budget 1000pm. Not sharing with more than 2 people (max 3 in household). No live in landlords (no offense, just different laws and stuff)

I'm open to living with age groups from late 20s to 50s as I've found this works best in shares before. I have scatica issues in my back so cannot be above 2nd floor. I do however, as a result of my injured nerves, bring discounted water/heating/internet and council tax that roomies can benefit from👌

Don't mind smokers, couples, workers, DSS, as long as you pay bills on time, quiet after midnight and invite me to the parties 😂

Can move from as early as August (but will be in/out of my flat in London until mid Sept) or from September when my programs starts at the University. 👌

I lived all over UK and overseas but from Midlands originally, and occasionally have a weird, mixed accent with the not so cute brummy twang aha! Like to surf, swim, go for nature walks, read crime fiction, yoga, learn the ukulele and Irish 😊 you may also find me doing weird DIY upcycling occasionally.
