Female professional looking for double room

Hi! I’m a friendly, single, female professional looking for either a double room in a house share or to buddy up with 1 other person to look for a house / flat. Ideally looking for Hove, near the station. Budget is £850 per month excluding bills and room would need to be large enough to fit a desk due to working from home 3 days a week, or open to putting a desk in the living area.

I am outgoing and friendly, always keen to meet new people. Very clean, tidy and laid-back. I enjoy a night out just as much as chilling in the living room with Netflix and a takeaway. I’m looking for a social, friendly house with someone who wants to spend some time together rather than living completely separately
