Room needed

Hello,

I'm a contractor in the technology sector. Originally from Wales, I recently moved into a HMO in Salford and immediately regretted it! Looking for something more suited to my lifestyle, ideally by 1st of September with a budget of around £700 pcm. I wont be able to provide a guarantor.

I want something that has a homely feel but also has access to great places to eat and is easily commutable to the city center and supermarkets. Because of the nature of the work I do, there might end up being a bit of working from home, and a bit of travelling to clients. So living somewhere with an easy commute to Piccadilly station is important.

As a housemate, I'm not a very loud or boisterous kind of guy. I'm more on the quiet and reserved side, except for when I play a little bit of guitar and play some music (please dont ask me to play wonderwall).

I'm also quite a handy housemate to have around. People seem to like opening up to me for some reason, I have my own set of tools for fixing things, and I'm no stranger to removing creepy crawlies from the premises.

I'm used to living on my own, but have lived in houseshares before where I have certain pet peeves that I want to avoid. Such as people who stink out the kitchen with dried/fermented fish, or people who leave their underwear on the bathroom floor.
