Buddy up or calm, homely flat w en-suite 31st July

Hi, I’m Annette, 36, and I work as a freelance hairstylist in the city. I’m looking for either a double room with a private en-suite (non-negotiable) or someone to buddy up with to find a place together where we’d each have our own bathroom.

I’m really looking for a home that feels like a safe, calm space, not a party flat. My job is very social, so I value my own downtime and personal space, but I’d also love to live with someone I genuinely get on with - someone who’s up for the odd spontaneous drink, movie night or shared meal.

I’m tidy and really appreciate a clean, uncluttered home. Open, clear communication is important to me, along with mutual respect for each other’s space. Ideally looking to live with someone around a similar age who’s on a similar wavelength.
