A room for mother and son

My name is Izilda(60), and I am looking for two rooms in the same house, or a suitable arrangement for myself and my adult son, Vinícius(19), in Cardiff or the surrounding area.
We are both quiet, clean, respectful, non-smokers, and we always take good care of the place where we live. We are looking for a long-term home with access to the kitchen and all bills included, if possible.
