Professional and her cat Looking to Relocate

Hi there,
I’m a 28 year old professional with my almost 2 year old cat, Lucy, working in the city centre. I’m looking to relocate to an unfurnished double room (a must as I have all my own furniture) to allow space for my desk so I can work from home when needed (which isn’t very often!). I am open to anywhere in the city and beyond. I am not looking for a short term let unfortunately, only medium to long!
I'm generally quite social but also really enjoy having time to myself. I'm up for a nice summer walk or a exploring local pubs and restaurants. I love cooking and watching good TV, arts and crafts (at a very basic level) and baking!
Looking to find a property with a housemate who is comfortable with living with a kitty and patient with her while she settles into a new place.
