En-Suite / Double Room Wanted

I am an academic, currently on a career break, while starting up my business.

I am looking for a place I could work from home (daytime), ideally, but some flexibility on this matter could be shown. Also, I will want to have a tenancy agreement in place. A letter of recommendation from the previous place could be provided upon request.

Wivenhoe area is one of my favourites; any other options close to the main train station would also be great.
