International Business Woman / Seaview & London
Dear all, my name is Fenna and I moved to UK prior to Brexit in the middle of Covid after having been to London a view times 2019 / 2020. I lived at the sea in the Kent area for a while, kind of “commuted” between Germany and UK (in the meantime with 3 vaccines). Now I would like to settle down in London which I totally love or again outside, but also with good access to London, in that case preferably directly at the sea again. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Kent, Folkestone and so on! At the moment in London but the room is too tiny and it was agreed it’s just for a while. Will sometimes be in Marylebone for a few days (where my preferred business club is). Also open to any rooms at the sea (Brighton, Herne Bay, Margate, Ramsgate,…) etc. as long there is direct access to London). Sea view would be great! I am a professional internationally-minded business consultant, entrepreneur, coach and qualified teacher, worked in the creative industries as well as in academia and I am an expert for any sort of innovation and finance / business strategies. I am now looking for a decent and quiet place where I also can work from home (online coaching / business consultancy and writing). Alternatively I would love to live at the sea and take a hotel / Airbnb when I am London business-wise. Anyways I will be away for longer periods of time due to business travels the next years and therefore looking for a flexible set-up with others. Sharing a flat / communal areas would be highly appreciated, since I don’t want to lose a fortune paying over 1000 a month because I am not always at home, away for a few weeks sometimes. It is important that Wifi is strong and stable and there enough space for a professional working desk (got equipment / furniture in my storage in the Kent are where I lived before, a desk etc if not available). I am open for any set-ups with like-minded people! Love sports, reading, life philosophies and any kind of highly professional business. Like also to go out for a decent high tea in clubs or dinner in London and dress up. But also being in the nature at the sea, going for a run and enjoying the sunset and peace. Please feel free to contact me. I am open for different settings as long as it’s light, clean and and feeling cosy and at home. As said - Don’t mind it’s far outside of London if there is good and DIRECT access to a train / tube to the city. Really LOVED the sea in the Kent area but open to similar settings! Get along with nearly everyone. Would be great if the room has sun and high ceilings since I work from home. Shadow is not for me and not my mindset :-)) Victorian style is my thing but also modern Style. PS: I am a 5 star house / villa / cat sitter (therefore sometimes / often away) and was an Airbnb superhost. Therefore know about clean and beautiful houses… and lifestyle…!
