My name is Nathan and I'm a 23-year-old looking for a house to move into from 1st July 2024 following my graduation from university, and I am also interested in buddying up. I have a strong preference for houses that allow rolling contracts or fixed-term extensions after the initial term.

A little bit about myself, I love spending time outdoors and going on hikes to explore new places. During my free time I like to sit in cafes and travel whenever I can.

I enjoy socialising and spending time with people, but I also appreciate my independence and alone time. I take pride in cleaning, have an easygoing personality and value being organised. I'm a fan of dance-pop music and EDM, and I do not smoke or have any pets.

I have a positive rental history and can provide the necessary references. I understand the importance of taking care of the places I live and building positive relationships with my housemates for a better living experience.
