Single mother looking for a buddy up/room

I'm looking to rent a property in the Castlewellan/Newcastle area. I'm 26 and work as a policy officer. I have a 7 month old son.

Looking at potentially buddying up with someone in a similar situation but would also suit someone with a busy work schedule or night shifts.

I'm currently on maternity but will work from home one day per week from September, likely at my mums house. My son is sleep trained and a delightful little boy.
