Hello. My name is Thomas and I am a very clean and quiet guy looking for a single or double room in Colchester or surrounding areas preferably.
Recently have left my job in Hastings to be closer to my very ill mum so to start with I would need a landlord who will accept universal credit and housing benefit.
I will be actively looking for work as soon as I find a place to live and if possible I'm looking for a landlord who will need either no deposit or a low deposit.
My budget is around £450 per month which is what I think universal credit pay.

Also would prefer a live out landlord property.
