I want to live with a female home owner please.

I cannot offer rent CASH payments... only a weekly or monthly bank transfer.

I want to share with the homeowner only please 67+ (I'm female in my 50s)

I need a large single or double room to rent

I'm willing to pay up to £100 monthly to someone who doesn't like living alone (eg. elderly).

You must have a dishwasher in the kitchen, or let me buy a brand new one for us to use, maybe losing a cupboard.

Happy to do odd jobs around your home daily and also walk your dog daily etc. :)

I got my last enhanced DBS in 2022 to enable me to become an elderly befriender for a well-known UK charity.

The more home help you need (or care) the more you'll need to reduce my rent, or remove it altogether, if you need disability care too.

I'm happy to have a shower every other day.
I'm happy to use your washing machine no more than twice weekly.

6 months minimum required.

I love animals...so no need to take them anywhere else for care... I'll look after them if you go away.

If you love LBC Radio, especially Nick Abbot on Friday and Saturday nights, then I'm sure we'll get on very well :)
