Looking for a double room Southampton/Eastleigh

Looking for a double room in the Eastleigh or Southampton area with parking, no student properties or more than 2 housemates preferably.
I am 33 and work in finance. Really into travelling, gigs festivals. Would prefer housemates who respect each others personal space but equally up for a random pub trip. Looking to buy my first flat soon so looking for somewhere to be in the meantime, less than a year :)
