Wanted Large Studio Flt-No Shared Bathroom

ONLY ROOMS WITH PRIVATE ENSUITE INSIDE ROOM WILL BE CONSIDERED.

No shared WC
No ground floors
No short lets
No unfinished studio flats
No live in landlords

NO SMALL SINGLE/ DOUBLE ROOMS OR STUDIOS WHERE YOU CAN'T EVEN STRETCH ANYWHERE

Am looking for:
- SPACIOUS studio/loft AT LEAST 210 square foot and which gets as much light as possible because of my hand sewing.
- Within commute distance (max 500metres) to train or bus since I don't drive.
- Some noise is ok but must be quiet (no loud door slammers, people speaking loudly on their phones, house or garden parties),
- Must be clean, non-smelly, on a quiet residential street, close to decent supermarket but strictly NO BUSY MAIN ROADS please.

Interested only in long-lets.

I pay on time (proof can be provided). Am a very friendly person but respect other people spaces.

Place is for myself Only. l. do not smoke, drink, or have pets/kids - no parties. In my free time, I like walking.

Am extremely clean & tidy (harmless clean ocd who cleans & washes my place once a week) & and will look after a place as it was mine. I don't even walk with shoes inside, & no funny smells when I cook.

Flexible with location. Currently in CR0 but looking to move away because I live on busy train track and it is getting worse
My budget is up to £1400 per month and am flexible with move in date.
