PhD student looking for a room

Hello! My name is Isabelle, I’m 25, looking for accommodation in Exeter for my PhD starting sept/oct 2026. I’m based at the Streatham campus, so looking for somewhere where I can walk / cycle to campus.

I love animals, nature and being outside. My hobbies include hiking, cooking, swimming and archery. I’m very considerate and clean - looking to find a place to call home for the duration of my studies in Exeter!

Happy to live as a lodger in a home or house share with other professionals / PhD students. Looking to live somewhere with a friendly, clean and tidy atmosphere, somewhere to relax in the evening after working. I really love houseplants and I don’t mind pets. I do not vape or smoke. I like to consider myself fairly active and would spend my weekends training for Archey or hiking or visiting home in London. I also have a car so would appreciate somewhere with parking but it’s not a deal breaker! I know how congested and busy Exeter city can get.
