Looking to Buddy Up and Rent

Hi, I’m Lloyd — 25, currently living in Durham but looking to move closer to work (which is near Leeds).

I work quite a lot (often away for a few days at a time), so I’m not always around. When I am, I’m sociable, easy-going, and definitely not boring — always up for a pint, a coffee, or a bit of karaoke — but equally very respectful of other people’s space and happy to go with the flow of the house.

I’d ideally like to live somewhere where people actually get on and hang out now and then — whether that’s going for drinks, coffee, or just having a chilled evening in.

I’m clean, tidy, and considerate, and I get on well with all sorts of people — very happy to live with students or professionals.

A few extras I bring:
• KitchenAid appliances (great for baking) & a big TV (great for movie nights)
• I’m practical and helpful — can lend a hand with moving, picking things up, etc. (I’ve got access to vans, trailers, and even buses)

Must-have:
• Parking space (whether on or off street) is essential for work. If there was EV charging that would be absolutely amazing but I appreciate that's pie in the sky for shared rental property.

Looking for a friendly, relaxed house — somewhere that feels like home rather than just a place to sleep.
