Mature student looking for room/flat in SE1

I am a mature student, studying Therapeutic Radiography & looking for a place to live from late July / early August. Ideally, I'd like somewhere to call home from until I graduate in July 2028.

I’ll be spending 14 weeks of the academic year on clinical placement (8-6, 4 days a week), with the rest of the year on theory which is mostly taught on campus. I have previously lived in shared houses & am a clean & responsible person - I don't leave dirty plates in the sink for days like other students I've lived with previously.

I pride myself of being respectful & kind to others, evidenced by volunteering for a queer man’s charity here in the city. I’m sociable but equally enjoy my alone time & would prefer to live with similar people. I can provide references from previous landlords.
