I am a professional female aged 28 looking for a double room, available to move from April (but can be flexible!) and have a budget of £1000pcm excl. bills.

Ideally only sharing with one other person in a 2 bed flat (preferably new build if possible!).

I’m clean, tidy and organised, appreciate a home that feels comfortable and friendly. While I appreciate having my own time, I’m also up for chatting in the kitchen, hanging out in the living room, etc. ✨

I work full time and am in the office 3 days a week and wfh 2 days. I work occasional evenings and weekends as well so you may have the odd day where you’ll get the place to yourself!
