Double Room or Buddy up

Hi!

I am looking for a double room or someone to find a flat with in Ancoats or New Islington area. I like to keep a clean place but a homely vibe without it feeling clinical.

I’m an outgoing person that enjoys seeing friends, live music, photography, exploring new places, going for food, gigs, pub quizzes, you name it!
I’m a practical guy that’s very handy and always tinkering or making something if that’s in a class or on my own.

Hoping to find someone to hang out with, but I understand we need our own space from time to time.
I’m also Queer so LGBTQ+ friendly is a must.

I work in digital marketing, working in the office most days but working from home here and there.

Budget is around £750/800 for rent.

I’m in Ancoats currently so can easily arrange to meet for a coffee or to view places.
