Annexe, studio or ensuite room hunt!

Hello everyone - So I'm looking ideally for a studio, annexe or well contained and ensuite double room, ideally with non carpeted floors. I am working in a management role for a charity, mainly working at the office, though with occasional days at home for intense concentration projects. Good internet is a must.

No furry pets, but I do have 2 small fish tanks which together use about £3 a week of electricity (mainly low wattage filters). Happy if you have pets - cats or quiet dogs. In small quantities.

I'm happy to chat and chill, but also my privacy is important. Parking, either off or on road and free, is preferred.

PS - I won't have overnight guests, and am not loud and hardly use the kitchen.

Bathtub access (rather than shower) is a must. Not every day, but just a few times a month when a good soak is required. Washing machine and dryer ideally too.

Looking for a considerate housemate who is maybe away a lot, or an annexe or studio type property.

Location - work is near Egremont and I have listed a few areas but wider is fine if there's a good road route.

Finally, the electricity needs to be on and usable the day I move in so that I can get my fish tanks set up, plugged in and running.
