Looking for a room easy commute to London Bridge

I am a professional currently working near Southbank London and would ideally like no more than a 35 minute commute. Ideally max 15 mins from a zone 2 train station. I work from home around 2 days per week so will need a desk. Max £850 Including bills.

Clean tidy and respectful housemate. I am fairly quiet and not a party person. I like to keep to myself but also want to contribute to a homely and comfortable environment. I enjoy travelling, visiting coffee shops, reading and bouldering :)
