I am an unemployed male aged 60 with a guaranteed monthly income ....PIP £550 per month and housing benefit .I am quiet and keep myself to myself. I rarely go out and I won’t be using the kitchen.. I’m looking for a good sized double bedroom preferably en-suite in a non smoking house to include all bills with no minimum stay ….non agency please also must accept benefits for housing payment … also I’m interested in Amatuer Radio and will need an outdoor broadband/data/satellite ariel putting up.
