Young clean professional with cat seeking double

I'm a professional writer, 32 years old, non-binary looking for a double room to rent in London that is at most a one hour commute by public transport to Twickenham were I work 3 days a week, but also within easy reach of Lewisham where my girlfriend lives.

I'm a very tidy, clean and organised person who is considerate of others. I generally prefer quiet evenings, but also love a fancy night out once or twice a week, and I love food whether cooking my own or finding places to go to. I love to travel, am interested in cars and history/politics, but also love fashion and makeup.

I have a cat called Otis I am looking to bring with me. He is very relaxed and has blended with other cats in the past, and is very friendly to all people. He does need access to the outdoors for his own stimulation sake, so I can't be near a busy road. A garden is ideal but a balcony, or just a window with which he can jump in and out can work.

I'm looking for a double room, an ensuite would be great at the top end of my budget, but I will share a bathroom with one or at most two other people.

I have a car, so parking is a bonus too, but I'm happy to find street parking as long as this is an option on the street or a nearby street.
