Looking for a Sublet: June, July

hi, I’m Eugene, I’m 30 years old.
I do electronic music, and other things like photography, etcetera.
I’m self employed, and for money I do refurbishment and resales of electronic musical instruments.
I need a temporary sublet space, ideally where I can have enough privacy, and do my stuff.
would be nice to have people with similar preferences.
I’m a heavy smoker, but I smoke only cigarettes. I do not do drugs and stuff, and I don’t really do parties.
often I function nocturnaly, but I don’t really make much noise in the night time. my budget is somewhat flexible, and my moving date currently is flexible as well. ideally since late May to late July.
