Looking for a flat in central London

Hi there,

I'm looking for a room in a friendly flat share in central London, preferably around Angel, Camden, Paddington, Marylebone, Notting Hill, Spitafields and Shoreditch, though any place with great transport links to the centre would be fantastic! My budget for a flat share goes up to £1200 per month, £1050 preferred.

I’m 27 and lived between Munich in Slovenia in the last two years. I work as a consultant in economic/migration research at the World Bank. I'm working from home, so having enough space to fit a desk would be essential. Having a living room where one can relax and socialise with others after a long day would also be really nice but is not essential.

My free time I usually spend with friends or otherwise reading, learning a bit about psychology and storytelling, writing my own stories or searching for new cool restaurants and coffee shops. If you’re also a bit of a creative and/or a London-explorer do get in touch! :) I’m also planning to go to the gym regularly, so would be keen to join others going.

As a flatmate, I'm always up for a chat but also enjoy my own company after a long workday. I keep my environments tidy, clean and organised and prefer to have a routine schedule. A party loud flat probably wouldn’t be the best place for me.

I’m also gay, so the flat being lgbtq+ friendly is a non-negotiable.

I’d prefer to move any time before June 14 or afterJuly 6th.
