Looking for a flat in London

Hi there,

I'm looking for a room in a friendly flat share in central London, preferably around Hampstead/Belsize Park although any place with great transport links and in a leafy area would be fantastic! My budget is up to £1,200 per month.

I’m 31 and have lived in Belsize Park for the last four years and really love the area. I work as an economic advisor in cyber resilience policy in the civil service. I tend to go to the office around 3 times a week and wfh on Mondays/Fridays.

I usually spend my free time with friends or otherwise reading, learning a bit about psychology and storytelling, writing my own stories or searching for new cool restaurants and coffee shops. If you’re also a bit of a creative and/or a London-explorer do get in touch! I’m also planning to go to the gym regularly and have recently gotten a bit into calisthenics, so would be keen to join others going.

As a flatmate, I'm always up for a chat but also enjoy my own company after a long workday. I keep my environments tidy, clean and organised and prefer to have a routine schedule. A party loud flat probably wouldn’t be the best place for me.

I’m also gay, so the flat being lgbtq+ friendly is a non-negotiable.

I’d prefer to move any time before August 1st.
