Searching for a new pad!

Heyo!

I’m Peter, a 34-yo professional currently looking for an lgbt house share in London. I’m open to current shares and buddy ups. I’m relatively busy, I’m ideally looking to find outgoing and interested people (2-3 other perhaps) with which to spend part of a next chapter too! :)

A bit about me:
- Overall I enjoy a fairly relaxed yet sociable living vibe, where I can spend time with housemates whilst enjoying having a busy life in London
- I’m sporty, very into tennis, play for a touch touch rugby and enjoy adventure sports (surfing/biking/snowsports)
- I’m also enjoy board games, reading, history/politics
- I’m enjoy cooking and hosting dinners / gatherings / the odd pre, but generally take the partying outside
- I work in policy, and generally am int eh office ~3 days a week
- I’ve built up a network I cherish in London, but always keen to meet new people
- A spontaneous trip to one of London’s many event is always fun
- I’m tidy, responsible and clean
- I currently work in policy/economics

Adminy bits:
- move: relatively flexible but soonish
- areas: south/east/north with relatively good tube access. Parks would be good too!
- budget: probably maxes out around 1000PCM, perhaps a touch higher for the right place :)
