I'm looking for a clean, calm room in a professional or quiet household.
I currently receive Universal Credit of £924.90 per month and am actively seeking employment. I am attending interviews and awaiting the outcomes of three Civil Service applications.
I am able to provide the first month's rent and deposit and am looking for stable accommodation while I establish myself in the area.
I'm tidy, respectful, and easy to live with. I value a peaceful home where people are considerate, get along well, and communicate openly.
I'm open to short-term lets, weekly rent, or flexible arrangements. A furnished room with bills included would be ideal.
