Lovely Girl Seeks Lovely Flat

I’m Emily, I’m 29 (turning 30 in August) and I work in publishing as a non-fiction editor. I’m looking for a flat with a nice friendly atmosphere (aren’t we all?) and sociable people who also like their own space. I like to go to the pub, go on walks and watch TV with a group but also like to read a lot and am happy doing my own thing. I’m very happy to pitch in with cleaning (of course) and cooking, if people are interested in shared meals every so often. I work in the office 2-3 days a week and from home apart from that. A few of my friends live in east and north London and I’ve lived in both areas for quite a few years – I love them.

Things I’ll bring to the flat:
- book recs
- love of shit tv
- general happy demeanor + jokes
- pleasantness in the morning
- diligence with taking the bins out
- capacity to leave you alone (self sufficiency)

My ideal move-in date would be towards the end of September or start of October as my current lease ends on 1st Oct. Although, I could move a bit earlier for the perfect place! I have a great track record with previous housemates, who only stopped living with me due to marriages and not due to any faults of my own.
