Hi! I’m a 28-year-old male working in finance/tech. Currently living in Canary Wharf, looking to team up or move into a modern build flat/house share from 14th December 2026 onwards.
What I’m Looking For:
Budget: Up to £1,100 pcm (ideally inc. all bills, but flexible for the right place).
Location: Open to modern builds in areas like Stratford, or similar.
Flatmates: Open to professionals or students (aged ~22–35). Open to 2- or 3-person flatshares.
Hobbies & Lifestyle:
Big on running, cycling, sports in general, and a huge car enthusiast. I enjoy hanging out with flatmates for a pint, workout, or meal, but equally value quiet time and keeping shared spaces clean and tidy.
