Looking for buddy up or room in Leeds from Jul/Aug

Ive just moved back to the UK after living in Canada for the last two years, and am going to be moving to Leeds to study Civil Engineering from September. I am fairly flexible as to when I can move in, but end of August latest.

Looking for a social and clean household, it's nice to have a catch up in the evening with my roommates and have made some great friends in the past from living with people. I also enjoy going out to the pub, gigs or concerts, meeting new people or trying new food. I am half decent at cooking when I have the time and am happy todo occasional shared meal nights with roommates if you fancy. Keeping a respectful and clean house is also super important as it's nice to create a comfortable home environment.

In my spare time I enjoy catching up with friends, playing guitar (Not at night!), reading, gaming, watching films, cycling, swimming, listening to music, hiking and generally the outdoors. When I have the time I love to travel too.
