Friendly professional (29) seeks ensuite bedroom

I am a friendly 29 lawyer looking for an ensuite bedroom in a 2 bed-2 bath flat.

Preference: I am looking to live within commutable (ideally walking) distance to the City/St Pauls with a budget up to £1,800 (incl bills), in a modern / new built flat (ideally with 24/7 concierge) to be shared with 1 more girl :)

Non negotiables: en-suite bathroom (i. e. inside the bedroom); wooden (i. e. non-carpeted) flooring; non-party house; (very) clean, friendly and respectful flatmate; flat at not lower than a second floor; safe building in a safe area.

I’m flexible on move-in date and I am looking to move in long term.

I am extremely clean and tidy, and would appreciate living with someone who is the same. I also would like to treat my home as a peaceful place to be and unwind after a long day at work. I am very happy to become friends, have dinner/watch a movie/explore London in the weekend or after work, but also would like to have my space. Not a party person but love a fun day out, am sociable person, a little goofy in my private life, and love to spend time in company, yet I value my own alone time and respect others' space, property and privacy :) Minimal alcohol, no drugs or smoking.

Happy for friends being invited (eg for dinner or overnight) but not as frequently as on a weekly basis and prefer that you don’t frequently host a lot of parties or have many people over after 10pm on work nights!

I mainly work at the office (normally 4/5 days per week); might WFH a little more this summer.
