I’m Valentina, a 29-year-old lawyer looking for a modern en-suite bedroom in a 2 bed-2 bath flat with an easy commute (ideally walking distance) to the City/St Paul’s, or a like-minded female professional to buddy up with!

A bit about me:
- Friendly, extremely clean (very important for me!), tidy, and respectful & no shoe in the house :)
- Enjoy eating out, exploring London, watching movies, pilates/yoga, theatre, arts and crafts, reading and coffee shop hopping, but also value quiet alone time
- Peaceful and easygoing: minimal alcohol, no smoking/drugs, and non-“party”
- Happy to host occasional dinners or guests, but keep worknights quiet (no late parties/frequent groups)

Looking for:
- Room: En-suite (inside room), wooden/non-carpeted flooring [non-negotiable]
- Flat & Building: Modern/new-build, 2nd floor or higher, safe area (ideally with 24/7 concierge)
- Clean, non-party and no-shoes house [non-negotiable]
- Budget & Setup: Up to £1,800 inc. bills, sharing with 1 other female flatmate
- Term: Long-term tenancy with flexible move-in date, with preference for late September
