Buddy up wanted

Hey,
I am looking to buddy up with someone from end of October OR someone to take over my current house mates side of the lease from end of September.

I am a working professional who works in central but also does work from home.

In my spare time I am normally with friends or family, I love to travel, go to the gym and running, dinners and drinks, picnics in the park etc.

My friends and family live over an hour away so I want someone that is going to be chilled if I have a friend come stay at the weekend every now and then (in my room ofc)

Also want someone that I am going to get along, be social with and someone that is laid back but enjoys having their own time.
