I have been let down at the last minute, so I am looking for somewhere as a matter of urgency.

I am a professional female running a small publishing business. I work primarily from home, so I value a calm and peaceful environment.

I am clean-living, responsible, and a low-maintenance tenant.

An en-suite room is preferred, but it's not a dealbreaker for the right place.

My budget is approximately £700 per month. I am seeking a lower/minimal deposit arrangement, although I'm happy to discuss and negotiate terms for the right property.

My preferred move-in date is 7th August.
