Looking for a quiet room for summer stay

Hi, my name is Carsten, originally from Berlin and currently based in Lisbon.

This summer I’m planning a longer stay in the UK, combining remote work on my online projects with travelling and exploring different parts of the country. I’m quite flexible regarding location, which is why I selected several cities — I’m mainly looking for a place with a good atmosphere, comfortable room and easy transport connections.

I’m a quiet, respectful and easygoing person with many years of experience using Airbnb and house shares, both as a guest and as a host. I usually spend part of the day working quietly on my laptop, but I also enjoy going out, exploring cities, museums, architecture, nature and local history.

Ideally I’m looking for:
• a calm and clean home
• a comfortable bed
• a desk or workspace
• kitchen access for self-catering
• good internet connection

I’m a non-smoker, very tidy and easy to live with. Happy to answer any questions.
