Professional Seeking Double Ensuite room

I am a clean, quiet, and very respectful professional(Registered Nurse) looking for a new place to call home. I don't smoke and have no pets.
I have a fantastic rental history, having happily lived at my current Lincoln property for over 3 years. Because my current landlord is transitioning the property into student accommodation, I am now looking for a new space.
What I am looking for:
Fully furnished ensuite room (all bills included) OR a 1-bedroom flat.
Location: Lincoln (ideally close to the city centre or train station).
Move-in date: Flexible from now up until August 1st, 2026.
References:
Because of my long-term stay and stable employment, I can easily provide excellent references from both my current landlord and my employer/workplace. I also have a guarantor available if required.
