Hi, I’m planning to move around October and looking for a room or someone to share a house/flat with in the Llanrwst area.
I work full-time and live a very quiet lifestyle. I’m often away on weekends visiting my parents, so I’m not around much and use the space minimally.
I’m clean, tidy, and respectful, with no smoking and no pets. I always take good care of the place I live in and create no issues for the household.
Ideally, I’m looking for a place with parking.
My budget is around £350–£400 per month, depending on the setup. I’m open to sharing with someone reliable or renting directly from a landlord.
I can provide references if needed and I’m happy to help with household tasks.
