Londoner looking to buddy up

I am from Camden, Looking for a home, not just a place to crash. I have 2 girls aged 9 & 14. They live with my ex but looking for a place where they can stay over on Fridays and occasionally extra nights. basically then need to be welcome to stay in my room and use the common areas.

I work full time for a charity, roughly half the week in the office and half from home.

Ideally looking in, or close to; Highgate, Kentish Town, Parliament Hill, Archway, Tufnell Park, Gospel Oak, Camden

But very flexible for the right place / flatmates.

I am friendly but also keep to myself, respect others space. tidy. enjoy cooking vegan food, Taskmaster and pub quizzing.
