Good day. My name is Tony, age 57, background in teaching and social work. I'm moving to the area to look after Mum, who is 79 now. I am very interested in your place - I would love to find a bolthole/haven/safe place, where I can retreat and recover every evening. I am master's educated, have worked all over the world including USA, Sierra Leone, and Taiwan but, to follow the 'Chinese' theme, I am the eldest child, and filial piety has to come first. My place is here now. I am in Bolton at present (where Mum is originally from). My sister is also 'over on that side' in Cheadle. I have employment in retail, in Stockport. I would love to come and view your place, if you think I might be a good fit. I am looking for a simple place to rest my head and read and drink coffee and be quiet. I can help, I can be considerate and kind, I can be reliable and I'll take your parcel in if you're out. I am a bit of a loner but also a straightforward and community-focused man who likes to see people happy and laughing and enjoying themselves. I've been doing a long commute and I need somewhere nearer my family. I love life and people and, at the same time, I like to be alone to think and reflect and write. I hope I can find a flat or a house share which gives us all a chance to take a breath and, when we've done that, we can take another and feel that everything is okay.
