Healthcare Scientist looking for house share

My name is Zim and I'm looking for a house share for a 6months/1 year for any price between £400-800pcm (pref bills included but not necessary) in Barnstaple

I work as a neurophysiologist at NDDH. I spend most my free time surfing/swimming on the weekends. I'm easy going and very flexible to different housing arrangements having lived in several different house shares for 7 years. I'm a very clean and organised person and always up for talking through any housing arrangements.

What I'm looking for:
-a double room with enough space for a desk
-on/off street parking
-prefably a bit of space to do some yoga each morning

I am able to provide a security deposit, first months rent, employer and previous landlord references and I'm happy to answer any questions.
