My friend and I are looking for a 2-bedroom flat in Brighton with a move-in date on or before 25th July.
Our budget is up to £1,500 pcm, and we're looking for a 12-month tenancy.
We are both graduating students who will be starting professional jobs after university. We're responsible, reliable tenants, can provide UK guarantors if required, and are ready to move quickly for the right property.
We're open to different areas of Brighton and would love to arrange viewings for any suitable properties.
