Professional female looking for a double room

Hi there! My names Lyndsey and I am a female working professional currently gaining experience to study into arts pyschotherapy. I am looking to share with only one other female and looking for a double room with a budget of 650 to 700 a month.

Abit about me - as seen above I have a keen interest in art and art psychology, as a practicing artist myself I know the importance of the effects art has on mental wellbeing and am currently volunteering to gain experience to go into arts based psychotherapy. I currently work shifts in hospitality which are usually long and gruelling but it has to be done haha.

In my spare time I enjoy painting/drawing/visiting Tyneside cinema and trips out to pubs and cute little food places around toon. As a housemate I am clean, quiet and respectful of others privacy and boundaries and doing our own thing but also quite friendly and would be up for a cuppa/chat/look out or a joint cooking or film watching night together.
