I’m Chris aged 44 and I work full time for the NHS. I work 9-5 M-F. I’m clean, tidy, quiet respectful, non smoker, non drinker. I have a current DBS and can provide references from previous land lords.
I've always ended up being great friends with landlords i’ve lived with before and I’d say I’m easy and hassle free to live with (oh an I dont snore!).
