Looking For A Room in Central

My name is Callum, I’m 31, gay, and I work in marketing for the University of York. I'm originally from Ireland but I've lived in London for ten years, as well as a shorter stint in Vienna. I've lived in Manchester before so I'm very familiar with the lay of the land.

I’m a pretty social guy, I like going out to bars and clubs in the area and having a fun time, but I'm very chill in the home environment and like to spend my time relaxing watching TV or playing video games. I'm also very big into fitness, but I'm not annoying about it I swear.
I work mostly remotely, but I may have to travel back to York a couple times a month to be in the office.

Looking for a room in Manchester Central, with a preference towards Ancoats, Green Quarter, Northern Quarter or Castlefield. My move in date is pretty flexible.
