Looking for a studio or 1 bed apartment

Looking for an apartment/studio near Addenbrooke's to rent from early September

I'm moving to Cambridge for a postdoctoral research position.

For some background, I grew up in Devon and have lived in Oxford since 2017 while reading for a degree in biochemistry and a DPhil in Clinical Medicine. I am interested in contributing to medicine discovery efforts. My doctoral research focused on new ways to understand and treat the rare bone disorder FOP and diffuse midline glioma (a highly-fatal kind of brain tumour). I enjoy walking, biking and skiing as well as rock, waterfall ice and alpine climbing. I have some writing about mountains published in print.

I'm looking for a calm, clean place to live. I'll be at the lab most of the time. I can provide references from the last nine years of renting privately.
