Ground floor or first floor

Hi looking for a studio, or ensuite Room ,universail credit accepted please in or around kettering area as l am now my parents carer as they are in there 70s. l like piece and quite so not to noisy a place long term needed if poss .
So, if any one can help out there please get in touch thanks tony .l need a landlord who is willing to except that i wont pass credit checks with estate agents as l lived off grid for many yrs so hqve no credit history as such l have 3 months rent up front plus any dep needed must be some one who can help please
