Professional seeking room

Currently looking for a short-to-long-term let in Harrogate or Knaresborough.

I just started a new job in the area so I'm looking for anything simple and straightforward.

I'm comfortable with most arrangements, but ideally I would like bills to be included and that the property be near town.

I don't have pets but love animals.

I would be staying 5 days over 7 most weeks as on days off I'll head home to see my family.

Also, perhaps I should add: I'm 45, but a "young" 45. I'm fairly quiet, but won't complain if there's a party going on (in fact, I might join in now and then 😄😝)
